I have placed my order, where and when will I receive my purchase?

Upon placing a successful order you will receive an email confirmation including an order portal link, this portal is a live chat with your allocated supplier who will provide any and all details on delivery in that chat, please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.

 

 

I have not received a response from my supplier, what do I do?

The best thing to do is to allow up to 24 hours on any digital purchases, a supplier will be with you within that period of time and will provide an indication of a delivery time frame.
